Everything, just walking into the room with it smelling so fresh was lovely. Staff were of great help explaining everything to us. Josh was a character and a half 😁. Had great conversation with him. Breakfast top notch, thick bacon, jumbo sausage etc. great night sleep. Place was really quiet. Will be recommending to friends to book if they ever in the Pembroke area.

First glance room 3, a little bit dated but having said that, clean and Comfortable. Tv sound is going so a bit hazy. But once we settled in, we met the very friendly staff and tasted the amazing food, the room was easily forgotten. Even the locals and other guests were so nice. Don't know what they cook their chips in but WOW. They tasted like heaven. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection and the breakfast choice was just outstanding. Definitely going to book again soon. Impeccable service all round.

Dinner with our relation and breakfast the following morning were both very good. Our rom was a lovely family room and very well appointed. the staff were friendly and attentive

Lovely hotel. Good location, tasty food and huge portions, friendly and helpful staff. A cozy feel to the building. The low battery for the TV remote was quickly resolved.

The restaurant food was exceptional in the evening , very generous portions perfectly presented Continental Breakfast was very sparce.

My first impressions of this Hotel where very poor, but I wasn't expecting much for the price. I have to say I was pleasently surprised. The room was nicely designed and was filled with quality amenaties. Water, Soap, tea, coffee. All things you couldn't even expect from a higher price point hotel. The Staff where friendly and the breakfast was substanital considering it was included in the price. Very good Value for money.

The staff were fantastic, the waitresses couldn’t do enough and nothing was to much trouble. Food was lovely and lots of it, breakfast was fabulous. Comfy beds with a lovely view over the fields with new lambs in it.

Beautiful hotel and a really enjoyable stay, wished it had been longer but the two nights and three days there were very enjoyable and we will definitely be returning. Room was very nice and spotlessly clean. Very VERY comfortable bed. Great location too, just a short drive to Tenby and very close to a lovely little beach at Freshwater East. Lovely breakfast and a nice menu to choose from. Just a special mention to the young girl on duty that weekend who was serving the breakfasts and did a fabulous job looking after everybody all on her. She provided great service and did it all with a smile and a great sense of humour. She's a wonderful asset to a lovely hotel.
